Your Activation Password will be emailed to you as soon as PayPal sends us the order confirmation. If it does not arrive within a few minutes check your spam or junk folder. If it has not arrived within an hour you can send an email to [email protected] and we will investigate.
Respondus will prompt you for the activation password when you start the program. Enter the password exactly as it appears in the email. You will NOT need to repeat this step once the software is activated.
