Site License Pricing for StudyMate Campus
StudyMate Campus is available as a campus-wide license and provides unlimited use of the application by faculty and students.
Licenses renew annually on August 1. Institutions outside of North America may have a license that renews on January 1. For higher education institutions, the annual fee is based on total Student FTE, as reported by IPEDS. Pricing tiers are listed below.

Price Quote
To receive a formal price quote, email [email protected] and include your institution name and student FTE. Annual fees are pro-rated on an academic year; request a quote to obtain the current prorate. All prices in U.S. Dollars and subject to change.
License Agreement
Institutions should fill out and return the StudyMate Campus License Agreement to proceed with a pilot or purchase. A purchase order or payment is additionally required for a purchase.

Getting Started with a Free Trial
To get started with a 2-month free trial, submit the StudyMate Campus License Agreement (see links above). Once we receive the agreement, a welcome email is sent to the administrator and support contacts listed on the agreement. This message contains instructions for getting started, including details on installing the required learning system server extension.
Free trials are only available at the "institution" level (i.e. only one administrative contact per institution). We recommend that the administrative contact be the LMS administrator on campus.
