The Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the subscription license agreement between Respondus, Inc. and the Licensee, for Licensee's access to and use of Respondus Services and related technical support. This DPA reflects the parties' agreement with respect to the processing and security of Personal Data (also referred to as Personal Information in the License Agreement) from or about the Licensee's Students under the License Agreement.
